Imagine It 3D is a print shop based in Husbands, Barbados. We sell 3D prints, custom apparel, posters, stickers and related items through this website, and we take custom print jobs by request. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use imagineit3dbb.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order

To take and fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the billing and delivery address you enter at checkout. We also record what you ordered, the total, whether you chose pickup in Husbands or islandwide delivery, and which payment method you selected. We need this to process the order, to arrange collection or delivery, and to reach you if there is a problem with the job. You do not need an account to order, because checkout works as a guest.

When you create an account

If you choose to make an account, we store your name, email address, an encrypted version of your password, and your saved addresses and order history, so you do not have to enter them again.

When you send a custom order request

The custom order form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, what you want printed, quantity, deadline, budget, and any notes you add. You can attach artwork or paste a link to it. The form sends all of this to us by email. Nothing you enter on that form is published on the website.

Automatically, while you browse

As on most websites, our host records standard technical information in server logs, including your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. This keeps the site running and helps us deal with abuse.

Payment information

We accept bank transfer and 1st Pay or BimPay. We plan to accept card payment as well, so this section covers both.

Bank transfer, 1st Pay and BimPay

The payment happens inside your own bank or payment app, away from this site. We never see or store your bank login or your PIN. What we keep is the payment method you chose and any reference number you give us, so we can match your payment to your order.

Card payment

Card payment is not switched on yet. When it is, a third party payment provider will handle it. You will enter your card details on the provider’s own secure form and they will go straight to that provider. We do not receive or store your full card number, its expiry date or its security code. Our order records keep only what the provider sends back to us, such as the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment went through. The provider handles your card details under its own privacy terms and its own security standards.

We will name the provider on this page once card payment is live.

Your artwork and files

Artwork you send us stays yours. We use it to quote, proof and produce your job, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, pass it on, or use it to promote the shop without asking you first. Files you attach to the custom order form reach us as email attachments and are not stored in any public folder on this website. Designs you upload inside the gang sheet builder are handled by DTFBuild instead, as described below. If you would like us to delete a file once your job is finished, ask and we will.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies:

• WooCommerce sets cookies to remember what is in your cart and to hold your session while you shop and check out. The cart cannot work without them.
• If you sign into an account, WordPress sets cookies to keep you signed in.
• Our caching software may set a cookie so pages load faster on your next visit.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or website analytics, and we do not follow you across other websites.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for marketing. It reaches other companies only in these ways:

• Hosting. The website and its database are hosted by Hostinger, so your order details sit on their servers.
• Email. Our mail runs through Proton Mail, so order confirmations and custom order requests pass through and are kept in that mailbox. We also keep a short term log of the messages the website sends, so we can check whether a confirmation actually reached you.
• Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address. Nothing else is sent.
• The gang sheet builder. Designing a DTF gang sheet opens a builder provided by DTFBuild, a separate company. The designs you upload there are used to lay out your sheet and to produce the print ready file that comes back with your order. DTFBuild also receives our store address, the plugin version and which of our product pages use the builder. Their published disclosure states that they do not receive customer names, order values or your general browsing of this site.
• Banks and payment providers. When you pay, your bank, your payment app or the card provider handles the transaction under its own privacy terms. We pass them nothing beyond what is needed to take the payment.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Order records, including your contact and address details, are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling returns, reprints and repeat jobs.
• Custom order emails and artwork stay in our mailbox while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can reprint or refer back to the work.
• Logs of emails the website sends are kept briefly, for troubleshooting.
• Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account.

Your rights

Under the Barbados Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• delete information we no longer have a reason to keep
• stop using your information for a particular purpose

Write to support@imagineit3dbb.com and we will respond. We may need to confirm who you are before we act. Some records we have to keep even after a deletion request, for example completed sales that we need for accounting.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is a significant one we will say so on the site.
