Terms and Conditions

These terms cover buying from Imagine It 3D, whether you order through this website or arrange a custom job with us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Placing an order means you accept them.

We are Imagine It 3D, a customisation and print shop in Husbands, Barbados. You can reach us at support@imagineit3dbb.com.

Orders

An order you place is an offer to buy. It is not accepted until we confirm it, and we may decline one. Reasons we might: the item is no longer available, the artwork is not usable, we cannot meet the date you need, or a price was listed wrongly. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Barbados dollars. The price shown is the price you pay, and no tax is added at checkout.

We accept bank transfer and 1st Pay or BimPay. The details are shown at checkout and repeated in your order email.

Custom jobs are scheduled against a 50% deposit, with the balance due when the job is ready. A job does not go into the schedule until the deposit reaches us.

If a price is obviously wrong we can correct it before accepting the order. We will tell you, and you can either confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Proofs

For custom work we send a proof, and nothing goes to press until you approve it. Approving a proof means you have checked the spelling, the sizes, the colours and the placement, and that it is right.

Once you approve, the job is committed. Our refund policy sets out what that means for cancelling.

Dates

We agree a date with every custom job, because one shirt and a two hundred piece team order are not the same work. Dates we give are honest estimates, and we will tell you as soon as we know if something is going to be late.

We are not liable for losses caused by a late job. If a date is critical, tell us before you approve the proof and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is free from the shop in Husbands. Islandwide delivery is BBD $15 flat. We let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Please collect within 30 days. After that we may treat an order as abandoned and dispose of it, and money paid is not refundable. Custom items cannot be resold, which is why we cannot hold them indefinitely. If you need longer, just ask and we will keep it for you.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when you collect them or when they are delivered.

Your artwork

You keep ownership of the artwork you send us.

By sending it you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights. That is your responsibility, not ours. If a claim is brought against us over artwork you supplied, you agree to cover the cost of it.

We use your artwork only to quote, proof and produce your job. Our privacy policy covers how we store and handle it.

Work we will not take

We may decline any job. In particular we will not print:

• artwork that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, including logos, characters and photographs you do not have the rights to
• content that is hateful, harassing or obscene, or that targets a person or a group
• anything that would be unlawful in Barbados

If we decline for one of these reasons after you have paid, we refund what you paid, less any work already done at your instruction.

Our designs

The designs in our own catalogues stay ours. Buying a printed item gives you the item, not the rights to the design. Please do not reproduce our catalogue designs elsewhere or pass the files on.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered in full by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Colour and finish

Printed colour will not match a screen exactly, and placement varies slightly within normal production tolerance. That is part of printing rather than a fault. If you need an exact colour matched, tell us before we print and we will advise you.

Our liability

We stand behind our work. If we get a job wrong we reprint it, or refund it where a reprint is not possible, as set out in the refund policy.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or a lost opportunity arising from a late or faulty job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, and the courts of Barbados deal with any dispute arising from them.
